If this phenomenon is not corrected, it will have a significant impact on the steel structure quality control because the quality of rust removal and painting will directly affect the maintenance cost of the steel structure during its future use and also affect the service life, structural safety and occurrence of the steel structure project—fire resistance time in case of fire (fire retardant coating).
